SAT考試即將來臨，每次考試之前，我們都會收到很多家長和同學(xué)的提問，大家最關(guān)心的問題主要是“考試都要帶些什么，考試時有哪些注意點(diǎn)會影響我們的最終成績和出分時間......”

瀾大教育小瀾老師和大家分享一下，SAT考試必備物品、考試詳細(xì)流程、注意事項以及考前心態(tài)調(diào)整，供大家參考，不熟悉的SAT考生現(xiàn)在一定要牢記哦。

*注：雖然SAT作文考試現(xiàn)已取消，不過填涂答題卡還是需要鉛筆，建議大家準(zhǔn)備充足的鉛筆。

02考試流程

考試前：

盡量7:30左右抵達(dá)考場， 7:45 考生開始進(jìn)場，監(jiān)考員會在考場外的告示版貼出考生名單，考生須尋找及核對自己的姓名及準(zhǔn)考證編號（一般按姓氏英文字母排列），并記下自己的座位編號；

進(jìn)了考場后，包是放在自己座位底下的。自己的桌子上只能放港澳通行證 + tickets +鉛筆+橡皮這4樣?xùn)|西。計算器也要收在自己的包包里。

在大家自己的桌子上，會出現(xiàn)一個透明塑料袋和一張小紙條。大家需要在小紙條上填寫自己的個人信息，然后將自己的所有電子產(chǎn)品關(guān)機(jī)并放入塑料袋中。

進(jìn)場不久之后即會有考官過來收大家的手機(jī)。所有考生手機(jī)都必須上交，不上交的只要發(fā)現(xiàn)身上包括包包中有任何電子產(chǎn)品，則一律視為作弊處理。

手機(jī)收上去后，考場監(jiān)考老師會念一段考試須知：

1.關(guān)于考試規(guī)則的指令

Please switch off your cellphone and other electronic devices, including electronic watches that have alarms. If any unnecessary noise heard is from you, you may be considered disqualified.

請關(guān)上手機(jī)和其他電子設(shè)備，如果一旦在考試中出現(xiàn)異樣的聲音，你將被取消考試資格。

If you, for any reasons, want to cancel your score, please do so by...Any later requirements regarding cancel ation of your score will not be entertained.Details can be found on the official sat WB..

如果你因為一些原因想取消考試成績，請在xx日期之前完成。任何延期的申請都將不再受理，具體細(xì)節(jié)可以在SAT官網(wǎng)上查看。

You are allowed to put only pencils, IC and other necessary stuff on the table.Please leave your bag in front of your row. Please do so now.

你的桌上只能擺放鉛筆，身份證和其他必要物品。把包放在前排?，F(xiàn)在就照做吧!

Please note that you are only allowed touse calculator for the Math sections. If you are attempting sections other than Math, please place your calculator on the floor beside your table. Please note that all the Math questions can be done without a calculator.

Please check that whether there is any error regarding your name, address and other particulars. If so, please come up to fill in... form.

Please note that there is time limit for every section. You are not allowed to cross section.If any invigilator find you doing so, your may be disqualified.

There will be breaks allocated in between the sections.

考試間歇大家會有休息時間。

Is everything understood?Any questions?If you want to go to the bathroom now please do so now as nobody is allowed to go to the bathroom until the first rest from then.

大家都明白了嗎?還有什么問題嗎?在考試中大家不允許去洗手間，所以如果要去現(xiàn)在可以去，否則要等到第一次休息時才可以。

2.考試過程中的指令

You have 5 minutes left for section1/2/3·····這部分考試還剩5分鐘。(每部分考試只剩5分鐘時考官會提醒一次)

Time is up. Please put down you pencil.Close you answer sheet and test paper. For the next section, if that is a Math section you may use your calculator, if not,please leave the calculator on the floor. You will have xx minutes to finish this section. Please turn to section xx and start now.時間到。放下鉛筆，合上答題卡和試卷。如果接下來的考試是數(shù)學(xué)，則可以使用計算器。如不使用，就放在地板上。這個部分你有xx分鐘。請打開到第xx部分開始考試。

(每部分考試結(jié)束時考官一般會這樣說)

Now,please turn to the last page of the answer sheet and keep your question paper closed. Please copy the statement incurvy handwriting and sign your name below.

現(xiàn)在翻到答題卡的最后一頁，合上試卷。請用斜體抄寫一遍申明，并且在下方簽好名。

Time is up. Please put down you pencil.Close your answer sheet and test paper.Insert your answer sheet into your test paper. Now you have a 5 minutes break.You may make your way to the bathroom.Please do not talk along the corridor.Anybody who is found to be discussing the questions or release the questions maybe disqualified. You should return by the time ... Please note that this is the last break and you will not have any break until the test ends. If you want togo to the toilet during anysection after this break, one of the invigilators will accompany you to thetoilet. You may go now.

時間到。放下筆，合上答題卡和試卷，把答題卡夾在試卷里。大家接下來有5分鐘時間去洗手間，不要同別人交流。記住這是整場考試中的最后一次正式休息，之后你再要去廁所，就會有監(jiān)考官陪你去了。

(第六部分結(jié)束后最后一次正式休息)

Now you have finished your test. Please do not release any of the test information and essay question until the ... is released. Please collect your stuff and make sure you have left nothing behind.You may leave now.

考試結(jié)束了。請大家在官方發(fā)布考試信息前，不要向別人透露考試信息和作文題。請整理好自己的隨身物品，注意不要落下，現(xiàn)在大家可以離開了。

考試須知念完之后，會下發(fā)答題卡和試卷冊。試卷冊發(fā)下來的時候是反面朝上的，大家不要主動翻過來。拿到答題卡后，一定要等監(jiān)考官說開始填之后再開始填。

每次開始考試時，監(jiān)考官都是要大家先翻開答題卡，然后在他講開始考試后才能翻開試題冊，大家不要一聽到翻開就激動的翻開試題冊，不然就悲劇了。

接著按照考場主任指示填寫個人信息，注意，當(dāng)監(jiān)考官說要開始填個人信息之后，留給你的時間非常之短，要以最快的速度填好自己的個人信息。不然等考官開始說要做閱讀了，你個人信息還沒填完，就很悲傷了。

考試中：

考試將于8:30-9:00間開始：

03 SAT考試注意事項

行動聽指令，不可以跨區(qū)答題：

SAT考卷閱讀、文法和數(shù)學(xué)會一起發(fā)下來，拿到試卷后沒聽到監(jiān)考員的命令不能打開試卷，否則會被視為作弊。

此外，在做題過程中，監(jiān)考員要求做某個 section (如閱讀) 時，考生才可以打開該 section，不可翻到前面或后面的section，否則也會被視為作弊。

監(jiān)考員下達(dá)“Put down your pencils” 的指令時，要立即放下筆，絕不可繼續(xù)答題，否則也會被視為作弊。

按規(guī)定填涂答題卡：

閱讀和文法的題目數(shù)量較多，建議每做完一篇文章就填寫答題卡，避免最后沒時間填，或者因為過于緊張?zhí)羁ǖ臅r候出錯。

準(zhǔn)考證正反面上不得寫字涂畫：

很多考生最后的成績莫名其妙的被取消，有時候就是因為無意的在準(zhǔn)考證上驗算或者涂畫。

保密協(xié)議：

答題卷最后那一面有一個certificate statement（類似于保密協(xié)議），千萬記得要填寫否則分?jǐn)?shù)會被delay。（如果最后還是忘記了，事后一定要給CB發(fā)一封郵件提前說明）

休息去廁所，記住要快！

所有section期間（答題期間）廁所不可使用，休息時候如果想去廁所，記?。阂欤。。∶看位蚋舸涡菹⒒貋?，考官都會重新檢查你的通行證和準(zhǔn)考證，所以休息完回到座位上一定把這兩樣?xùn)|西放在桌面上。

04 心態(tài)調(diào)整

相信許多考完試后的學(xué)長學(xué)姐都會告訴你，穩(wěn)住心態(tài)，別在考試時心態(tài)崩了才是出分的關(guān)鍵。

SAT考前注意事項：

1.規(guī)律作息，保證自己充足的睡眠。

2.專心在SAT上面?？记懊刻熳鲱}，就算不做數(shù)學(xué)，也要做前面的部分。用刷題代替復(fù)習(xí)。

3.考前不要太放松。最好不要看一些會讓自己特別分心的東西，考前集中注意力，不要去考慮考試以外的東西。

4.要把自己的思路調(diào)整成SAT的思路，不要和答案較勁。盡量讓自己的腦回路符合他的腦回路。

5.不要特別焦慮，適當(dāng)?shù)慕箲]也并沒有特別大的關(guān)系，反而可以讓你對SAT更重視，然后促使你更拼命的復(fù)習(xí)。
